G T Thunder Racer Contingency Program 2012

G T Thunder Product and levels. 

LEVEL 1:  G T Thunder hood stickers.  On the side of the hood.

LEVEL 2:  G T Thunder hood stickers, Sprocket and rotor guard – or – G T Thunder swingarm skid plate - or - G T Thunder Handle bars.

LEVEL 3:  G T Thunder hood stickers, Sprocket and rotor guard – or – G T Thunder swingarm skid plate- or - G T Thunder Handle bars, and G T Thunder full shock conversion  - or G T Thunder shocks (front and rear).

LEVEL 4: G T Thunder hood stickers, Sprocket and rotor guard – or – G T Thunder swingarm skid plate - or - G T Thunder Handle bars, G T Thunder shocks (front and rear), and G T Thunder a arms.

All Quads must be inspected 1 hour before the start of the race If there is a G T Thunder rep at the race.

For all races with no G T Thunder Rep. Please mail in a photo of your quad on the starting line along with a photo of the qualifying products on your quad.

 You must mail the signed 2012 G T Thunder Contingency Release Form to G T Thunder along with the race results within 30 days after the race and your store credit will be sent out to you at that time.  There must be a minimum of 5 quads in your class to be eligible for these contingencies.

 

Contingencies will be paid at each race where we have a qualified rep to perform the inspections.

Additional series for you to self qualify by mailing in photos - just ask and we will post them here.

FYI - We mail out contingency credits within 5 days after we get them. If you dont get a response within 2 weeks after you send them in - please assume they were incomplete and did not qualify. If you send in forms by email, fax, or incomplete forms - we will discard them.

In applying to qualify and compete for contingency prizes during the 2009 racing season, I am fully aware of the hazards and dangers involved in racing and hereby assume all risks involved in my participation of such events.  I acknowledge that GT Thunder and its employees and agents have no control over the planning, organizing, and/or managing of such events.  I agree to hold harmless and indemnify GT Thunder, its employees and agents from all personal injuries and/or damages caused by my participation in such events.  I hereby grant GT Thunder and any person authorized by the company to use my name, accomplishments, photographic images, and statements in any manner and without time limitation for the purposes of promoting GT Thunder and its products.  I have read and understand the forgoing release.
